I suppose I should feel bad about not having posted for a while, but what would the point be? We all lead busy lives, I know that. 'Shrooms have gotta grow, you know.
Seems the only bit of exciting news around my end is the rising angst at students fees, which have been raised considerably. I have no opinion on these... although I will say, less students means less student recipes....
I'm feeling a little opinionless today, so I'll keep it short.
Mushroom Recipe of the Day: Mushroom Lasagne. Just like normal lasagne, but with mushrooms not meat. A good idea when you're serving lasagne to guests and you don't want your veggie friend to be left out. Also, not much different to making normal lasagne, I have been told.
