Hello again!

I recently felt that I should apologise to my poor family, who were momentarily deprived of toast, when I broke the toaster, or so it seemed. Nothing is, as yet, proven. Toasters are bizarre machines. It amazes me that we would invent something for the sole purpose of changing the consistency of our bread.And I agree, it does make it taste good and make the butter melt- a definite improvement- but still, a little strange? Perhaps we should integrate them with something else.... oh no wait, that's a grill :)

Mushroom Recipe of the day: mushroom risotto. I don't like this, because, it smells. Oh well, at least it can be made from a packet, which makes it cheap and simple! Or you can make it fresh, which I imagine is much more enjoyable. And a good source of nutrients.

The 'shroom is leaving the room....
